We overhaul and service pile driving equipment right here at our own facility. Our shop is fully equipped with lathes, milling machines, and qualified welders, so we handle most of the work in-house. For specialized tasks or professional coating systems, we bring in a trusted network of partners to make sure every detail is covered. Having these resources in one place allows us to work faster, reduce your downtime, and get your equipment back on the job in top condition.
Vibratory pile hammer maintenance
We regularly carry out maintenance on vibratory hammers made by manufacturers such as PVE and ICE, and can also carry out major repairs such as welding and boring bearing houses fully in-house.
Hydraulic pile hammer maintenance
From quick checks to resealing or full overhauls, we’ve serviced dozens of hydraulic pile hammers from major manufacturers such as Junttan and IHC.
Diesel pile hammer maintenance
Our core business for more than 60 years, we have repaired, overhauled and serviced hundreds of diesel pile hammers. Whether you need a quick injection test or a full overhaul, we’ve got you covered.

Spare parts
We have been a supplier of diesel pile hammers since the 1960’s and always have spare parts in stock for Hera, Delmag and Pileco hammers ranging from a D5 up to a D100. Parts books for these hammers can be found on our website dieselhammerparts.com.
