Hera Hammers bietet umfassende Unterstützung für eine Vielzahl von Rammgeräten. Zu unseren Leistungen gehören die Rundum-Wartung, Reparatur, (Teil-)Überholung und Ersatzteilverwaltung.
Wir überholen und warten Rammgeräte direkt hier in unserer eigenen Werkstatt. Unsere Werkstatt ist komplett mit Drehmaschinen, Fräsmaschinen und qualifizierten Schweißern ausgestattet, sodass wir den Großteil der Arbeiten intern durchführen können. Für spezielle Aufgaben oder professionelle Beschichtungssysteme greifen wir auf ein Netzwerk vertrauenswürdiger Partner zurück, um sicherzustellen, dass jedes Detail berücksichtigt wird. Da wir alle diese Ressourcen an einem Ort haben, können wir schneller arbeiten, Ihre Ausfallzeiten reduzieren und Ihre Geräte in einem Top-Zustand wieder einsatzbereit machen.
Vibratory pile hammer maintenance
We regularly carry out maintenance on vibratory hammers made by manufacturers such as PVE and ICE, and can also carry out major repairs such as welding and boring bearing houses fully in-house.
Hydraulic pile hammer maintenance
From quick checks to resealing or full overhauls, we’ve serviced dozens of hydraulic pile hammers from major manufacturers such as Junttan and IHC.

Spare parts
We have been a supplier of diesel pile hammers since the 1960’s and always have spare parts in stock for Hera, Delmag and Pileco hammers ranging from a D5 up to a D100. Parts books for these hammers can be found on our website dieselhammerparts.com.
